+ LEAD FOR IMPACT: TRANSFORMING PEOPLE INTO IMPACT LEADERS
This session confronts the common pitfalls of leadership — hesitancy, over-reliance on individual heroics, and doubts in team capability — that contribute to inefficiency and unfulfilled potential. Participants will:
- Master the SightShift Impact Formula™ as a roadmap for leaders seeking to serve effectively and foster growth, rather than simply rescuing or directing.
- Identify and solidify personal and professional direction to enhance concentration on what truly matters, leading to more intentional actions and decisions.
+ The Seasons of Leadership: never get stuck
This session takes participants through discovering the actions they need to take through the 4 seasons in their journey, in order to get unstuck and grow to the next level. We discuss how letting go, leaning in, taking bold action, and finding joy along the way allows them to lead effectively in any circumstance. Participants will:
- Analyze their current situation and develop action plans for moving forward.
- Learn to overcome the obstacles preventing them from performing at their best and with a high degree of creativity.
+ Owning your leadership development: A simple model for all
When you learn to anticipate and cooperate with the stages of your life, leadership and business, you'll never get stuck in a valley or dip longer than necessary. Participants will:
- Assess their developmental growth journey as a leader and be inspired to courageously grow into what's next.
- Learn a model to help others find their path of leadership growth.
